Ich habe schon wirklich viele Fortbildungen zum Thema Deeskalation besucht. Keine hat mich so gecatcht und überzeugt, wie die von Kati Johannsen gestern in München auf dem DGINA 80 Stundenkurs. Wow! The profiling training with Kati far exceeded my expectations and was probably the best training I have ever experienced! From the first to the last minute I was completely thrilled and captivated. Kati's commitment and passion for profiling are absolutely contagious. She helped me not only professionally but also personally and inspired me to develop my full potential. A few days ago I was able to take part in a two-day seminar in the areas of "people reading" and "non-verbal communication" with Kati and I was deeply impressed. She captivated me from the first minute and gave me one AHA insight after another over the course of two days. My view of my counterpart has become sharper and I observe myself and my reactions more closely. I hope that with a little practice what I've learned will make some situations easier for me and I'll have to de-escalate much less often. An absolute recommendation from me. I don't think it's the last time we've met 😉
I trained as a profiler at Profacos. Kati was always there to clarify questions. Kati doesn't just shine with her specialist knowledge. Personally, I find her very tidy, calm and incredibly likeable. Her gift for profiling is beyond amazing. She can read people like I've never seen before. She has excellent didactics in order to be able to pass on this knowledge. I can recommend Kati with all my heart at any time.

I have already attended a lot of training courses on the subject of de-escalation. None caught me and convinced me as much as Kati Johannsen's yesterday in Munich on the DGINA 80 hour course.
