So far I have been able to attend 3 training courses on prevention and de-escalation with Kati Johannsen. I was able to gain a lot from each appointment for my work as a street social worker and systemic consultant. I am absolutely thrilled with Kati as a person. She manages to convey complex topics in an understandable way with ease and humor. It was really exciting and very helpful. I can well imagine attending further training courses with her and perhaps completing the profiler training at Profacos one day.

Dear Kati, thank you for 2 super instructive days of further training in Bad Liebenwerda. In addition to all the interesting facts that make you look at other people in a completely different way and with more understanding, I was also able to learn a lot about myself. At first I was very skeptical about why this type of further training was needed in the social professional field. Today I think it should be mandatory.
